What is the minimum order quantity and price structure?

What backing types are available, and how do I choose?
Backing options include:
- Sew-on backing: best for garments or when maximum durability is required.
- Iron-on backing: quick and easy to attach with a standard household iron or heat press.
- Adhesive or Velcro backing: useful for flexible applications such as bags, caps or removable patches.
Choose based on your application (garments, accessories, removable, permanent).
How do I apply the patches after they arrive?
Application will depend on the backing you selected:
- For sew-on: stitch the edges or use a sewing machine.
- For iron-on: place the patch on the fabric, cover with a cloth, heat with an iron or heat-press (typically ~10-15 seconds at approx. 150-160 °C / 300-320 °F) with firm pressure, then allow to cool before handling.
- For adhesive/Velcro: peel off the liner or attach the Velcro components and press firmly onto the surface.
Always test on a small area if unsure, and follow garment care instructions.
What turnaround time and shipping options do you offer?
Our standard production time is typically 1 to 5 business days after artwork approval (please insert or adjust your actual timeframe). Expedited options may be available — contact us for rush orders. What file formats do you accept for artwork uploads?
We accept high-resolution vector files (such as AI, EPS, PDF) or high-quality raster files (PNG, JPG) with at least 300 dpi. If you have any questions about artwork requirements, our support team can assist with file setup and proofing.
What if I need a proof or sample before full production?
Yes — we offer digital proofs to confirm colours, layout and size. For certain patch types we can provide pre-production physical samples (additional cost may apply). We encourage you to review and approve the proof to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
How do I care for garments with patches?
For best results:
- Turn garments inside-out before washing.
- Use cold or warm water (avoid hot water).
- Tumble dry low or air dry.
- Avoid direct steam-iron contact on the patch surface; apply heat to the inside of the garment if necessary.
These steps help maintain the patch adhesion, colour vibrancy and overall integrity.
What is your returns or warranty policy for custom patches?
Because these are custom-made items (based on your artwork and specifications), non-defective returns are generally not accepted. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item (wrong size, colour, or material not matching our specification), contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment and we will review for replacement or remedy under our Quality Guarantee.
