Which file formats are accepted?
Acceptable file types: .ai, .pdf, .psd, .png, .tif, .jpg.
Please make sure that your file quality is around 300 DPI minimum to get best results.
What are the file requirements?
Images should have transparent background. Whatever file is sent gets printed. If you send us the file with a background, the background will be printed! Please review all images before sending the file and make sure it has no background!
